Account Information: Name (if provided during registration), Apple ID information (when using Sign in with Apple), user-generated preferences and settings.
Photos and Images: Photos of your bed taken through the App for verification purposes. Photos are processed on your device and sent to our third‑party AI provider (currently OpenAI) for analysis.
Usage Information: Alarm settings and preferences, streak data and progress, App feature usage and interactions, time and date of App usage.

Information Automatically Collected

Device Information: Device type and model, operating system version, App version, device identifiers (as permitted by iOS), language and timezone settings.
Usage Analytics: App performance data, crash reports and error logs, feature usage statistics, user interaction patterns within the App.
Technical Data: IP address (for service provision), network connection information, application logs and debugging information.

How We Use Your Information

Core App Functionality: Providing alarm and wake-up services; processing and analyzing bed photos using AI; tracking your streak progress; synchronizing your data across devices; personalizing your App experience.
Service Improvement: Analyzing App usage to improve features; troubleshooting and fixing technical issues; developing new features and services; ensuring App security and preventing fraud.
Communication: Sending push notifications for alarms; providing customer support; sending important service updates (if you consent).
Legal and Safety: Complying with legal obligations; protecting our rights and the rights of others; ensuring user safety and security.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication, cloud storage, and analytics; RevenueCat for subscription management and payment processing; OpenAI (AI image analysis): We send bed photos and derived metadata to OpenAI’s API to determine if the bed is made. Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety; to investigate fraud or security issues; in connection with legal proceedings.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, secure infrastructure, and regular reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

Account Data: Until you delete your account.
Photo Data: Photos are processed for verification and may be stored temporarily for service improvement.
Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 24 months.
Crash Reports: Retained for 12 months for debugging purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data. EU/UK residents may object to or restrict processing and withdraw consent. California residents have CCPA rights including know, delete, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal data.

Third-Party Services

Firebase/Google: Authentication, storage/sync, analytics and crash reporting.
RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing.

Cookies and Tracking

The website does not use cookies for tracking. Third-party services may use their own technologies as described in their policies.
